Audit Process for New Factories

Whenever our merchandising team identifies a need to onboard a new manufacturing partner, our Compliance Team initiates a full audit. Each new factory is assessed on the following key parameters:

Financial Stability
Social and Environmental Compliance
Security Compliance
Quality Management Systems

A factory is approved only if it meets all of these benchmarks. These parameters are aligned with internationally recognized compliance frameworks to guarantee global standards are upheld.

Ongoing Monitoring of Existing Factories

All approved factories undergo re-audits every six months.
If any critical non-compliance is identified, the factory is immediately asked to halt production, and the concerned client is notified with full details.
For major non-compliances, the factory is given two weeks to rectify the issues. Failure to do so results in production being suspended and shifted to a compliant facility.

Supporting Factory Improvement

If a potential new factory does not initially meet compliance requirements, but shows willingness to improve, the Trend Bridge BD Compliance Team steps in to provide technical support, training, and guidance. This not only raises industry standards but also helps build long-term, trusted partnerships.
